Refund Policy

Our refund process applies for our three services on our website and we provide a call in order to improve our service before cancelling our membership plan*.

*Any special plan out of our membership plans does not include any policy of refund process.

All our plans are not refundable after 7 days you have been subscribed.

The time´s up according to our policy and we cannot proceed with any refund process.

We allow a hold on every subscription for a month in all our packages. It applies to students who are not ready to start immediately and we need to accommodate your schedule.

There will be a pause in your subscription until you can start.

Our teachers and coordinator department get in touch with our students when they are absent for more than 1-2 weeks to confirm the lessons. If the student does not inform us about any cancellation request, the system will renew  automatically and there’s no refund process due to our system sending prior notification to get in touch with Global Spanish.

If the student cannot attend the lessons and he/she informed us after the subscription, the student is not allowed to take those lessons

Each plan also has a maximum amount of lessons a week and a fixed price. If the student doesn’t consume the specified lessons, he/she can’t ask to recover them after the end of the plan and has no right of asking for a refund for the lessons not used.

If the client insists on taking some lessons from the previous month, he can pay a penalty of 30 USD to take the missing lessons.

  1. Liability of the School

We accept responsibility for ensuring that all parts of the course are supplied as described and that all services shall reach reasonable standard unless the failure or improper performance is attributable to:

  1. The fault of the student.

If the student wishes to change their booking in any way after the confirmation has been issued, they must inform us by email immediately.

  1. Transferring to another course

If you miss a lesson during your course you can log into our catch-up class system to book a replacement class. Catch-up classes are offered from other courses we run and in some cases, there may be a delay before a catch-up class becomes available.

  1. Timing and lesson amount on our plans

Each lesson has a fixed start date (the payment day) and a fixed end date (1, 3, or 6 months, depending on the plan). Each plan also has a maximum amount of lessons a week and a fixed price. If the student doesn’t consume the specified lessons, he/she can’t ask to recover them after the end of the plan and has no right of asking for a refund of the lessons not used. When new students purchase new plans, the school needs to hire new teachers for the period of time that this plan is active, that’s why the school can’t make exceptions, and these start and end dates are a commitment between both parts.

  1. Guarantee a permanent teacher

The best way to learn a language is to have a dedicated teacher in a fixed schedule. From the school, our priority is to ensure that each student can have its dedicated teacher in the schedule that’s more convenient for him/her. However, the school understands that the student can have eventualities that make him/her need to change their schedules from one week to another. The school will try its best efforts to still ensure the same teacher but can’t guarantee it because it depends on the availability of the teacher and commitment to other students.

Moreover, even when the student does not change his schedule, the school can’t guarantee that he/she will still have the same teacher for all the learning period. Some teachers may need to leave or stop working for personal reasons and the school can’t hold them back and force them to finish the learning plan with their students. However, the school commits to always hire the best quality teachers and train them to have the best teaching performance.
